best western worst stay ever

my husband and I went to Gatlinburg for two days and stayed at the best western. we had a suite and payed a little over a hundred dollars for one night. I thought a suite meant it was better then a regular hotel room. there was nothing sweet about this suite. when we first walked in we saw a dirty blue couch it had a large stain across the back of it. the suite was divided into two rooms and had two bathrooms. there was a large jacuzzi in the front of the room, that is about the only thing i liked about that room. I went to the bathroom to wash before we headed out for our activities for the day and my husband sat on the couch and sunk into the cushion it was awkward and uncomfortable. it gets worse. after we came back from our day out we took a soak in the jacuzzi and decided to lay in bed for a while before we went out for dinner. it was a big bed i got excited at first until i laid down in it it was the hardest mattress i have ever been on. we took a nap and woke up soar and in pain from that bed. when it was time to go to sleep we couldn't sleep on that hard as a rock mattress so we tried to sleep on the pull out sofa in the dirty couch. it was broken my husband laid on it and when he tried to get up he got a long scratch across his leg enough to draw blood. we then took the mattress off the sofa bed and laid it on the floor and slept on the floor. we payed 113 freaking dollars to sleep on the floor? it was the worst hotel i have ever been in. there was nothing that was worth the money we paid. I do not recommend going to the best western crossroads if you plan on having a good night sleep .
