If you are looking for something other than a hotel look no further. Chalet Village offers all types of mountain chalets. Everything from a quite little honeymoon type chalet to a 10 bedroom mountain home for a family reunion. We like to stay here for a more relaxing vacation. Most of the chalets offer a hottub for winter and fall visits. There are 3 pool facilities located at different spots up Ski Mountain. Each one offers a large pool, some have 2 pools, and tennis courts. During our last visit we had raccoons and a bear visit the area just outside our chalet. Be sure not to leave any sort of food in your car. The bears will get in to get it, or least do a lot of damage trying. Also you are less than five minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and The Great Smokey Mountain National Park. Your also only about 15 min's from Pigdeon Forge. If you would prefer to have your meals in, each chalet offers a completely furnished kitchen and most have a pool table for evening entertainment. They also allow pets in some of their chalets. They are noted on the website.

We stayed with Chalet Village for our August 2009 trip and I cannot say enough great things about them. Our cabin was clean and spectacular. The people in the office were great. They are a great value in TN. We got to TN about twice a year on vacation and we always look to Chalet Village first!
The chalet we stayed in had multiple hot tubs, sauna, wet bar, kitchen, TV... everything we were looking for. We already reserved it for next year.
This was our 4th time staying at a Chalet Village property, every experience has been very pleasant. Whether dealing with the staff on the phone, internet or in person, they are always helpful, courteous, and easy to deal with.
We have already booked our Valentine stay and will never stay at any other resort. I would highly recommend them to anybody who wants a great deal and proffesional treatment..
We thoroughly enjoy our visits to the cabin. We used to go twice a yr but now can only afford to go once. We stay in the same cabin and we just love the location and the games we can play there. We hope to get back there in the Spring. Thanks for all the emails and specials you send us.
I cannot say enough about the cabin we stayed, I have used them twice and would use them again and have recommended them to family and friends. They care about their property and making sure you are pleased. Prices aren't too bad.
As always, the staff very professional and friendly. The chalet was beautifully furnished and clean. We come on our anniversary and are always complete satisfied no matter which chalet we stay in. Chalet Village is our only choice when in Gatlinburg!
We have used this rental company several times during vacations in the mountains and have always found them to be very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who will be visiting the Gatlinburg, TN area. I appreciate the fact that unlike many other rental companies, they do not jack up the rental rate to unbelievable amounts during peak seasons. The increase is minimal and this is another reason we use Chalet Village over other rental companies in the area.
We stayed in a chalet that had 6 bedrooms on 3 levels. It was perfect! We had 3 generations that came from Louisiana and Texas and the Chalet was beautiful, immaculate and was everything that we needed.
My wife and I have been staying in the Chalet VIllage properties for years and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The staff has always been friendly, accommodating, and do everything possible to make sure we enjoy our stay. They have earned our confidence and trust. Being a long time customer they seem to know what our expectations are in a property and help us select one (if not a property we have stayed in before) that they think we would enjoy. On one occasion we selected one on line and when we arrived it wasn't exactly what we were looking for and they were very understanding and allowed us to select from other available homes. We were truly amazed at their desire to make our stay special and stress free.
We have rented from 2 to 5 bedroom homes and have loved everyone of them. We have had our entire family stay in a large home for Christmas. Always very clean, nicely decorated meeting our discriminating taste and expectations. We love the winter time best! Fall is second but very crowded in the area.
