My family of 5 stayed here. We had plenty of room. They also have some of the friendliest staff. The maids did a geat job everyday and were so nice. They arranged my childrens teddy bears on the bed everyday. We had a room with a creek view. The balcony was very nice and relaxing every evening. It faced the tram of Ober Gatlinburg so you could watch the tram leaving and coming in. Also, they have a very good FREE breakfast every morning. They always kept the food well stocked and plenty of juice. They also offer hot food on their breakfast. They had eggs, sausage, and gravy with biscuits. It was very easy getting out into the road from this hotel, which is a must have for Gatlinburg.
