My husband and I planned a trip to Gatlinburg for November 2008. Traffic was horrible and it seems like every time we go, they are working on the roads in Sevier County. When we arrived at Auntie Belham's, we were both very tired and ready for a restful vacation. The lady behind the counter was very kind and gave us great suggestions on things to do while in the area. Cades Cove was our favorite place to relax and reconnect with each other. Our cabin, As Good as it Gets was exactly as its name describes. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the outdoor hot tub. It rained and was quite chilly on two of our nights, but we were able to enjoy the indoor Jacuzzi. I would give Auntie Belham's two thumbs up.
Unique Quality: Very friendly and helpful staff, great directions, wonderful accomodations.
Directions: Located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, which was very convenient.
STAYED HERE JULY 9TH 2006 AND THIS PLACE NEEDED A MAJOR OVERALL. THE ROOMS WERE BAD. THE CARPET NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. THE BEDS WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. THE ROOM NEEDED TO BE PAINTED ETC, ETC. WE CHECKED OUT THE NEXT DAY AND STAYED AT THE RIVERHOUSE ON THE RIVER.
