Avoid if Possible
We stayed there with my in-laws over
Thanksgiving. It was horrible. First, the heater went out. No big deal, right. Well it becomes a pain when the heater they replace it with doesn't work. Then, because there were no other units available, they brought back the ORIGINAL broken unit.
The pool was covered with a possible oil slick. The hot tub in 4 days was never seen on. After calling the front desk, I was told it was on a timer. Obviously it was a seasonal timer...we never found any one staying there that had actually witnessed it coming on.
There are too many wonderful places in Gatlinburg to stay, to overpay and put such a damper on your vacation. I urge you to stay elsewhere!!!

Ramada Inn Four Seasons, Great downtown location
Nice place to stay if you want to be in a good location.
Unique Quality: Clean, fireplace, indoor pool and outdoor pool, in the middle of downtown, no parking problems.
