smokey land motel was more than expected it was very clean comfy bed and in one of the best location had a great stay plan to go to gattlinburg again in nov. hope to stay at smokeyland

This was the most awful motel i ever stayed in when we booked room it was suppose to have been botom floor and it wasn't they had us put way way back in a corner could not see nothing at all long way to wall to room no parking spaces.the room hasn't been updated at all.i would not recommend for no one to stay at the smokey land motel the carpet was nasty nasty.wanted to cancel it and they said they would not refund our money.i was so afraid to touch anything,did not have internet access like we were told that they had..this place needs to be updated bad. will not stay at this place ever again it just runrt my whole trip.
Unique Quality: nothing was outstanding about this place at all it sucked
