My adopted home town
"A wonderful place to live"
Maryville, Tennessee, is a wonderful place to raise a family and live. Its only 20 minutes away from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, and the touristy Pigeon Forge (yet far enough away). We have country flavor and lifestyle but the closest large city (15 minutes away) has a symphony, ballet, concert venues, wonderful festivals, hockey, UT Football (Go Vols), and pretty neat places to eat. Ive lived a lot of places but Maryville is where Id like to live out my days (as long as I can travel too!). After living here for 18 years, I can even say "Y'all come back, ya here!, and Im English!
Pictures to follow. Its funny how you never take pictures of your home town, or at least Ive never done it.
