    If you want a hotel in the Opryland area this I can recommend. i've not stayed there for about 8 years but everything was splendid.

    The exterior of this hotel, with its manicured grounds and pretty impressive architecture makes it a bit different from the standard Sheraton design. Once you enter though, you'll find a garden variety Sheraton hotel. The rooms are on the small side but functional. Balconies are a nice touch and the pretty poolside courtyard area is a great place to pass a nice morning. The restaurant has any-Sheraton USA type food and is not particularly inspiring and quite expensive. The hotel is in a good location as it is close to the airport and not too far from downtown. They run a lot of specials so its easy to pick up a decent rate.
