Colonial House Motel

We stayed at the Motel this weekend and absolutely loved it! The room was very clean, we absolutely loved it. Very clean on the outside also, the walkways and elevator was clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. We loved the two pools, very nice and very clean. The room was updated and well maintained, tubs very clean and the beds were very soft, comfortable. We will stay here again. Great location also for walking. I highly recommend this motel.

I have been staying at the colonial house 15 years!! We go 4-5 times per year and its always the same !! A clean and quiet place,to rest up and enjoy a long weekend or an extended stay.My Family have made it a traditon to go and spend a few days before Christmas as our last trip of the year and we take in the Christmas shows and displays of the beautiful lights.The staff from the mamager to the housekeeper are always trying to make your stay,as enjoyable as possible!!!!! Since we retired we trave a lot ,stay in a lot of different places,but going to Pigeon Forge and Staying at the Colonial House is like comming home !!!!! Recomend it to Everyone !!!

Unique Quality: Sits right in the middle of Pigeon Forge,fast food and very very nice dinning areas are in walking distance! They have indoor and out door pools which are the cleanest I have ever seen for a motel !! Shopping you name it is there in walking distance .

Directions: Can't miss it right in the middle of Pigeon Forge !!!
