Worst Rental Agency in the Smoky Mountains
Janice , the owner is very rude , and treated the situation with total disreguard. We had missing items from our cabin while we were away and it was not broken into so it had to be the staff that had a key that did it. They eventually admitted to some of the theft and paid us by check for two items , but that was not all that was stolen by there staff. It is outragious that you go to your cabin and find your things stolen by your own rental company! On top of that there were bed bugs infested throughout , I looked at other reviews on Tripadvisor and someone else that stayed there had bed bugs too! If you stayed there or are an owner of a cabin managed by them here is a resource for you to to file a legitimate complaint , it is the Tn. dept. of realty that oversees them 1-800- 342-4031. Also the BBB they have already had complaints. Don't let them ruin your vacation or your cabin!
