Outstanding Customer Service
My wife and I stayed at the hotel which has new owners and is now called Hotel Pigeon Forge. The new owners have upgraded alot throughout the hotel. The front dest personnel is wonderful and very courteous. The service given and the welcome given to us was great. I recommend this hotel to everyone and especially to groups.
