Jan had wanted to see Dollywood. We first stopped at the Smoky Mountains Vistiors Center at Interstate 40 Exit 407 for some information about the area. The staff was incredible. By the time we left we had more information than we could use in a week. The maps were great.
It seems that there are more things to do in the area than we imagined. There were also more places to spend money than we had money to spend. We had a great time. Unfortunately, we went at a crowded time. The traffic was tough (yes, traffic jams in Pigeon Forge, TN) and there were lines for various attractions.
