FDIC Seidmann Center: Handy for Business/Govt. Travelers

This is not open to all, but if you are attending a government event, or you are a govt. traveler you can stay here. They will give a better rate for that. It is called a Student and Visitor Center -

Extra security.

The large rooms have a kitchenette stocked with post and pans, silverware etc. There is no night-time onsite restaurant, but you can either cook, eat out, or plenty of places deliver.

There is a breakfast/daytime cafeteria.

Sumner Suites (changing to Amerisuites)

It is like a small apartment. It has separate areas for sleeping, working, cooking, and sitting. All for the same price as a regular hotel room. The also provide an extended continental breakfast.
