Howard Johnson Austin - North/Airport

This hotel was the worst one I've stayed in! Yes, I understand that it isn't going to be the Four Seasons, but I believe if I am going to pay for a room that it should be comfortable. The room from the time I walked out until the time I left was humid...so much that the sheets and bedding were damp and never dried the whole night. Second, the front desk staff was very rude. THe guys when I got there took 10 minutes to find my reservation. Then, when I checked out, I had to pay again ( i had already paid the full amount online when I booked the room). Then, when I got home, I called them and the company i booked the room through, and the hotel STILL couldn't find my reservation. There is no excuse for this! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who wants nice service and a good nights sleep.
