"Canadians , southern Ontario ...fly from Buffalo"
My trip started on a Friday after work cathching the GO BUS from sunderland Ontario to Whitby where you hop on the Go train west bound for downtown Toronto. I arrived at the Dundas St. bus terminal and caught Canada Coach to Buffalo by 9:30. U.S. customs were great and virtually hassle free, as I had my passport . You have to take a cab from the bus terminal to the airport area and my cabbie was very friendly and even turned off the meter because he could not find the Microtel hotel I wanted. We found it . got up and went to the airport by 6:00 am Continental Airlines was very good and CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP even though it took 7 hours travel time via Cleveland/Houston/ Corpus christi That was all part of it for me as I had not flown since I was a kid ! I paid only 380 cdn return . AND ONCE AGAIN IF YOU ARE FLYING OUT OF PEARSON IN TORONTO , CHECK BUFFALO DEPARTURES ( CONTINENTAL)IT MIGHT SAVE YOU A BUNDLE!!!
Plus I rented a car from Budget for about 400 for the week all inclusive!
