We'll be in Corpus Christi for a weekend in February. Any suggestions on a favorite golf course to play?
There's Lozano and Oso Beach golf courses. both are municipal courses and according to my golfing sister very nice.

A 45 minute drive from Corpus Christi will bring you to Port Aransas. You can drive up Padre Island or come in from Aransas Pass via the 5 minute ferry ride across the ship channel.
A great beach for camping or just hanging out surfing, fishing, or just looking for sand dollars along the tideline. The seagulls are not shy at all, and if you do feed them be prepared to be repaid for your kindness with 'deposits' that are not really that nice. lolol
The Corpus Christi Aquarium is not so marvellous than the Monterey one but it worths a visit.
A lot of beautiful fishes in the aquariums. Some sharks and turtles. Coloured gelly fishes.
Out door, an ooter, gators.
and
the unmissible show of two dolphins.
