Great Location--Dirty Place
The hotel stands out as nice because the area itself is so run down. It seems clean enough as you enter, but the rooms are dirty. We were lucky during our two day stay to be greeted by only two gigantic roaches--I've heard worse. The floors were wet from the leaky A/C--and drips from the A/C above us made our balcony visit kinda gross. They did not clean our room, so we had to dig through our pile of wet towels (not pleasant after the roach thing) for a wash cloth. Then 4 of us had to share three hand towels to dry off. The location is great though--right on the beach--but again, the entire area is run down. I'm not a princess or a complainer, but I would not stay there again.
Unique Quality: It's right on the water--beautiful view.

Just in front of the Lexington
I was a bit reluctant to book this hotel because I read some negative reviews on Tripadvisor.
But we didn't notice the defaults mentioned by the prior guests.
The staff was friendly but we were in the low season.
The unpleasant smell in the room was due to the cleaning and disapeared as soon we opened the window.
We had the room 329 with a balcony facing the bay and the Lexington without paying an added charge. The rooms at the 3rd floor and located North to ours had a more reduced view due to a wall (avoid 311 to 325).
Price : 109$ + tax for a double room with 2 queen beds.
Breakfast at the Blue Bay Grill with payment (Sunday brunch : 17$50)
Free parking (in Summer ask for the ID tag)
Unique Quality: We have appreciated :

- the amenities : fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and iron board
- small outdoor pool with jacuzi
- in room service (pizza)
- Internet access : 11$50 daily
It is a pity the beach is not pleasant due to the sand, not enough fine.
