new brand and newly renovated
Formerly amerisuites, now it's Hyatt Place Dallas North. Newly renovated and WOW, what a difference! the place looks Georgeous! Modern, comfortable and homely... they really make you feel at home.

HUGE rooms (they are KIND of suits, without a division, you have the bed on on side and the living room + fake kitchinete + desk on the other side) (They are not free, but a very good value)
The only things that we didn't like were:
- There is not enough space for clothes (there's not even one drawer)
- The gym is tiny (only 2 treadmills, one eliptical and 1 bike) BUT they are NEW
- There is not laundry facilities for the guests (and this is supposed to be an extended stay place!)
BUT: overall: we LOVED IT. We loved the new decor, the staff is ULTRA friendly, the breakfast is awesome (you can get hot breakfast for an extra fee, but the cold one is pretty good), WE LOVED the fact that you got a fridge on the room, ice machines on every room... and the BEST part???? 42" TVs on every room!!! WITH HBO!!! wow, I am going bananas here... that is REALLY good :)
we loved it. oh! great location as well (next to one o the best restaurants in the city: "del friscos") (and across the street from CVS, KFC and Wendys, and 3 blocks away from the Galleria)
