Does anyone know anything HONESTLY about Rosemont at meadow lane. 4722 Meadow street Dallas, Tx 75215? Please I need honest answers!
East Dallas, South of Fair Park. Not a safe place to be at night. (Or during the day for that matter.)
I was born and raised in the East Dallas suburbs. This area of south/east Dallas went downhill in the 1960's and never came back.
Is "Rosemont" a street or the name of something? There is no intersection of a Rosemont and Meadow Street in Dallas.
The previous poster commented on the location of 4722 Meadow street, and although I would place it in "South Dallas" than "East Dallas", it is still not a neighborhood to be in if you are not familiar with the area.

The filigree metal and silver glass building was patterned after London's 19th century Crystal Palace. The seven-story building contains one of the most sophisticated telecommunications and power systems in the country. This picture was taken from I-35N (actually I-35 heads west on this portion of highway)
We all know that Texas is not another state, but rather another country. So be forewarned that driving in this foreign country involves making lane changes (from one to three lanes) in the blink of an eye.
Be vigilant and watch out for someone crossing in front of you. And if you just gotta get over RIGHT NOW, do as the locals do.
Every year two top University Football Teams meet at the SBC's Cotton Bowl in Dallas. It is a great way to experience true American culture! However, the tickets usually sell out fast and are somewhat pricey. Planning ahead and some extra spending money is required.
I think a lot of people miss the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden. It should not be over looked. There are 25 acres of gardens and 41 acres of woods there. There is also a mansion to take tours of. Part of the mansion tour was being shown a secret room. I won't tell you where it is. You'll have to be surprised. Becky is standing in front of the Mist Garden. Dallas is too hot and dry for some plants. There are special misters that create a delicate water spray to cool the plants in that portion of the gardens.
This mall was definitely made for the rich and glamourous (they have Neiman Marcus). I've never bought anything here, but it's great mall to walk and view the scenery (oh yeah the architecture is good too). This mall definitely caters to a more "upscale" crowd. I've never bought anything here. I'm guessing $200 - $2000.
