Go For A Special Occasion Brunch
Mother's Day is the perfect day to dine out! Since our family is not local, my husband treated me to a wonderful brunch at the Crescent Court Hotel.
The brunch was held in the hotel ballroom and featured many wonderful things. We began with cheese wedges and fresh fruit, then I selected herbed mashed potatoes and tender rip eye steak with carrots and squash. The dessert table was so laden with choices, it took several minutes to make a decision.
A huge bouquet of flowers was placed on a table in the middle of the ballroom and surrounding it were small silky packets of hand and body lotion for the Mothers. Pretty flowers decorated the table of each guest. How nice!
The hotel is beautiful with its marble lobby and lovely courtyard and patio area with fountains and planters overflowing with flowers. At the end of a short walkway is a collection of upscale shops and another restaurant.
I truly felt pampered and appreciated! The buffet held many delicious items!
