    Rooms normal , free breakfast which was clean and dining room was a nice size and clean , food was good everything you want in a breakfast .
    Hotel was one block away from the metro , 2stops away from union station and two blocks away from the west end market place which had a few shops and eating places .Also if you went behind the hotel you had a bus garage where all the buses stopped and you can get the metro train to go a couple of stops to the shopping centers.

    pool was on the 9th floor but on top of a building and go outside to get great views of the west end and the tower blocks of downtown.

    Clean and friendly hotel. Restaurant serving breakfast, very clean. Great self serve breakfasts that has a huge range of foods! Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the westend market place. Also within easy reach of Neely Cabin, Old Red tourist office and Dealey Plaza and the JFK museum. Hotel is in between Ackard station and Market place on the Dart train route with both being very close by.
    24 hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the restaurant.
    There is an outdoor pool on the roof with great views of downtown and the west end marketplace.

    • I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They were truly wonderful. Staff members actually mingled with guests and gave me great tips about things to see in Dallas. The location could not be better - the hotel is only a short stroll from the DART West Transfer Station which provides light rail and bus service to the whole city.

    Their rooftop pool offers a beautiful view of downtown Dallas. Unfortunately, it was a little to chilly to swim during my visit. While the hotel seems to be a bit expensive, the included continental breakfast is expansive and saved me a few bucks. While there is no room service available, the staff provided advice on local restaurants that deliver to the hotel.

    • Very convenient downtown location, within walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment options in West End area. Also close to convention center, aquarium and Dealey Plaza (JFK).
