Historic Charm~
This very lovely historic hotel was a huge draw for me. I knew if I stayed that everything was going to be easy to walk to and to be able to explore, which I love. What a lovely place. Although, it has been renovated a couple of times, they made sure it that it still holds that retro charm. They did a lovely job in saving this beautiful hotel. I will say the rooms are not really fancy, they style is lovely, comfortable, clean and the room was huge. I was here for work and my co-workers were put into different floors. I was given the 15th floor and had know idea what direction my room would face. Wow, what a lovely surprise! My room faced downtown Sundance Square. Awesome! What was funny is that I thought I only had a couple of windows, but once I look behind the floor to ceiling curtains there were fours windows in all. The windows still have its original window frames. So it was wonderful to open all the curtains all the way and sleeping at night seeing such a beautiful skyline was wonderful. I would stay here again.
They have a exercise room, pool, sauna, and a separate terrance for smoking and decorated nicely too. They have a lovely sitting area and bar. Plus the business center is tucked away in the corner which was cozy. The hotel has parking, but its valet since the garage is in the basement. These folks were really nice that took care of it. The price was reasonable too.

Reliable Hotel in lovely area
Not at the hotel very long but it was a very nice hotel as Courtyards reliably are. Weird parking arrangement so make sure and plan or you will be waiting for awhile.
Be prepared to drive because everything is closed around the hotel on Sunday morning. Really a beautiful downtown and a vibrant place at night.
