Poor Customer Service
I went to their website 3 days before my stay to cancel 2 of my 5 rooms but there must have been a glitch in their system because my reservations were not cancelled. I offered to split it with the management - I would pay for 1 room if they would remove 1 room. No way. I guess $79 is more important than negative reviews.
