    Stay was much better than I expected. I normally stay at the Holiday Inn down the street, but they were sold out. Boy was I lucky! The Holiday Inn Sunspree made the other Holiday Inn look like a motel 6. The rooms are much more cozy and every room has a beach view and balcony. The other Holiday Inn charges more for their beach views. The staff at the Holiday Inn Sunspree was much nicer and seemed to appreciate my visit more than any other hotel that I've been to. I don't normally write reviews unless I have a very bad experience. This is a first for me to write one for a great experience. The Holiday Inn Sunspree blew me away so much that I had to tell the world. I will continue to stay at their hotel everytime I visit Galveston and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

    Views of the beach were priceless....The pool was one of the nicest that I have seen at any of the galveston hotels. I had a great time out at their beach bar....Captain Jacks was the name I believe....I don't really remember, but it was a fun pirate theme....bartender was breathing fire!!! it really impressed my lady friend....
