My family checked-in and were treated with a friendly bell hop and he helped us to our room on the 3rd floor. The second we opened the door the EXTREME smell of smoke billowed out toward us. I immediately called the front desk and reminded them that our confirmed literary I was holding specifically said a non-smoking room. The lady at the front desk interrupted me rudely and said, "Yea, I see that." She then proceeded to tell me that they only had 1 room available and it would be a 45 minute wait and were told to go down stairs. We then went to the front desk and the young man that was checking on a room for us was EXTREMLY RUDE. He acted like he did not want to be there and that we were a HUGE inconvenience. We explained that we had a confirmed reservation for 2 beds and he said they only had a king left. He ignored us and didn't offer any apologies but then asked how we wanted to pay. We told him we needed the room with the 2 beds we had originally confirmed and he said again, how do you want to pay? We have traveled extensively and this was by far the worst service we have EVER experience. We picked up our bags and went to the Marriott next door.
