Overnight, maybe
reservations were not fulfilled and we talked on the phone to the management directly (not online reservations)
Got stuck in a double queen instead of King because they had given our downstairs King room that we requested to someone else.
No coffee pot in room, bathroom had mildew and ants, carpet was dirty as was the furniture in the room, hardware on the furniture had been broken off and never replaced, light bulbs were melted to the lampshades, air conditioner was filthy and even set to 60 degrees barely keep the room at a decent temp ... yes it's hot in TX but that isn't normal for the A/C to have to be set that low to keep a decent temp.
