A fountain for each
This picture was shot in the Cinemark which is along the Katy Mills (10).
According to one's size everybody has the right fountain.
May be it is the Dalton Brother's fountains (joke for French and some European persons).

I fly into Houston International Airport from the UK and need to get my family of 6 to Galveston for a Cruise. Is there public transport? It would appear that Car hire companies don't do drop off's in Galveston? Can anybody advise. Many Thanks
I am assuming you are flying into Houston Intercontinental? Is there anyway you can rent a car for the day and take them to Galveston? it will be about an hour drive from the airport to the Galveston port of call. It will probably be WAY cheaper to rent a car for about 40 bucks then to get a shuttle of some sort. I would say a cab ride would be at least $100.00 if not more. Houston lacks any sort of public transportation. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Yes, Mari is absolutely right. I am sure you could rent a car from one of the many agencies at the airport, and just drop it off at their office in Galveston. You may have to pay a little more for a different drop off location, but I am certain it would be much cheapper than a cab. There are charter buses that depart each morning from downtown Houston to Galveston, but this will not be much help, as Intercontinental airport is about 25-30 mins north of downtown. Good luck!
Thanks for your quick response, yes the car hire seems the best option but the major car hire companies dont operate in Galveston?
My other problem is i have to do it all again on the way back!!!
Thanks for confirming the taxi and public transport problems!
Kind regards from the UK
Yes, Hertz & Enterprise, which have locations at Intercontinental airport, also have locations directly adjacent to the cruise ship terminals in Galveston. Here is their info:

True, you will have to do this both ways, but possibly you can arrange both trips ahead of time to save some money. Good luck!
Yup, that's what I would do.

The Uptown District of Houston is the city's largest and glitziest shopping and dining area of town. It is often just referred to as the Galleria area because the city's biggest mall, the Galleria, is located here. It is a very nice part of town, decorative arches and street lamps line the boulevards. There are also many high dollar apartment and high-rise condominium complexes in the area. J.W.Marriott, Intercontinental, Hilton, Sheraton, and the Houstonian are among the many upscale hotels in the district. And many of the city's finest stores and restaurants are located here. If you are in Houston, and looking for great shopping, great eating, or a great place to stay, Uptown would be a good choice.
I have now eaten in this specifice restaurant three times in a week. I'm in Houston working on a project and our team has really liked this place. I have eaten at two other Papacitos in the Houston area during my stay here. The other restaurants served the same great food although the decor of the latter two was a bit more upscale. Service has been great at all places! When I first walked in to this location, it looks like most moderate-to-nice Mexican theme restaurants. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted by Marc, who turned out to be this incredible waiter who knew everything about the food and sold us on the specials even before we looked at the menu.....the specials were the most expensive...$19.95 each.
The service was prompt and the food was superb. I noticed lots of little detail thing like in the middle of the restaurant is this tortilla cooker.....circular in nature....one employee stands there putting the little round balls of dough on a chain track that carries the ball to a plate that flattens it on to a revolving disc.....the disc carries the flattened dough to a blade that peals it off of the disc, down to a revolving cooking discs and then they slide off of that when they are done....the employee puts the fresh, hot tortillas in baskets which the waitstaff take to the tables. Mahi with Acapulco Sauce- Char broiled fish topped with a creamy wine sauce with al dente vegetables( brocolli, tomatoes, peppers) , avocado, shrimp and scallops. Side dish of baked beans, and rice with one of the fresh tortillas...........$19.95
Chicken Breast with Acapulco Sauce- Chicken breast was char broiled and then sliced into strips before the sauce was added. Same accompaniments........$12.50
This elegant restaurant offers nice pasta dishes, delicious seafood and grilled meat. Good wine list. Every second Tuesday of the month, they have a special wine tasting diner which is absolutely fabulous (about $130 for two, wines included)! The service is very good with dressed up waiters and waitresses who are all extremely nice. Great for romantic diner.
There is another Perry's italian Kitchen in the northern part of Houston (5670 New territory Blvd in Sugar Land). My favorite dish is in the dessert category. Well, I am not sure of the name (Nutty Angelo?) but it is vanilla icecream, topped with a flambe sauce made of butter, sugar, pecans and brandy! Fantastic!!
“Every child should have mud pies, grasshoppers water bugs, tadpoles frogs and mud turtles elderberries, wild strawberries, acorns, chestnuts, trees to climb, brooks to wade in, water lilies, woodchucks, bats, bees, betterflies, various animals to pet, hayfields, pine-cones, rocks to roll, sand, snakes, huckleberries and hornets; and any child who has been deprived of these has been deprived of the best part of his education”
Luther Burbank famous horticulturist.
This is what Dewberry is all about! The kids loved it- and they had fun finding the perfect pumpkin in the pumpkin patch.
I strongly believe that kids should be exposed to "farm or country life" Let them be kids while they still are kids.
