houston intercontinrntal best western
Very rude service!!!! My stay was the worst hotel stay I have ever expirienced. The hotel was updated but the service was horrible. I brought a complaint about the room service not giving us towels to the front desk and the manager Nick is who I spoke to. I felt he was very smug and rude to me. I would never stay there again nor recommend it. You can renovate a hotel but it was not that renovated and nice to put up with the unfriendly service.
Unique Quality: All I remember was the lack of hospitality.
