Solicitous staff enhances medical center location
Most guests in this hotel have chosen it because they are receiving medical treatment in the adjacent hospitals or have a family member who is in hospital. Wisely, the emphasis here is on compassion and gracious treatment. While it is a busy location with a lot of bustling activity as people constantly check in and out, and while there are no "grounds" with greenery and gardens and such, it being a very urban location, the staff takes the time to be extremely courteous and solicitous. There are healthy food choices, room service, and helping hands to assist the elderly or the weak in body. I booked my parents into this hotel and delivered them and visited them throughout their short stay. I phoned in special food requests to be sent to their room at odd hours, and these requests were cheerfully and promptly granted. It is not a true luxury hotel, but if you need to be in the Medical Center, you can't beat the convenience and the careful treatment by the staff.
