I have stayed in this hotel several times, and it is a convenient option for people doing business in West Houston, but not very convenient for those wanting to go to the Galleria or the Uptown/Midtown museums, etc. It is located on Interstate 10, which is one of the busiest freeways in America, so you really have to make your decisions on when to travel to/from this hotel. If you have your own transportation, make sure you avoid the major commute times (6am-10am) and (3pm-7pm).
This hotel is also on the outskirts of town, but is very convenient for business people who have to deal with companies based on Beltway 8, as that is the perimeter road around Houston.
The hotel itself is nice, they offer free continental breakfast, and the rooms are in good shape.
