It's the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders!
The Dallas Cowboys have always had cheerleaders--their first were high school students. However, in 1972 their profile changed.
According to the website, the organization began looking for a new image of the cheerleader--at first models were considered, but eventually they selected accomplished dancers who would exude athleticism and be able to handle the sweltering weather!
The Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders are 'educated, well-rounded women' who represent the city well. Most of their outside activities are charity events. They are known nationally and internationally and their ages range from around 18-37 years. Their presence can certainly super-charge a game!
