Wyndham refuses to Reward 64 night stay at Wyndham
Wyndham and Hawthorn Suites refuses to honor their Wyndham Rewards Program even though I have sent them the hotel receipt which shows my Wyndham Rewards Member # on it for the 64 nights I stayed at the Wyndham Hawthorn Suites in Irving Texas.
The Wyndham Customer Service Program Supervisor says Tough Luck because the local hotel manager refuses to honor my 64 night stay. So whose program is this, the Wyndham’s or the local hotel owner? Not only was my stay for 64 NIGHTS , but I was staying there under the Earn Double Points program in place at the time, so they are essentially refusing to honor 128 nights worth of rewards points.
