Stillhouse cliffs

There is a local custom among high school kids (and GI's) to drive out to lake stillhouse dam and jump off the cliffs nearby. There are some areas out there you can no longer drive your car to the edge of the cliff (they have fenced it off) but you can walk there. However, depending on the water level there may be rocks below.
If you take highway 190 east of town, past nolanville, and take the turnoff for the dam, eventually you will come to an area where the hill has ben cut out to a large flat plain with a floodgage.
