The only interesting place to...
The only interesting place to stay in town is La Posada. It's the nicest hotel in town and easily has the best location for tourists. Its located just downtown, just yards from the int'l bridge. The rooms are fairly nice, with large balconies overlooking a bougainvilla-filled courtyard. There is also a pool w/a swim-up bar, a passable exercise room, etc.... The suites are only marginally more expensive than the regular rooms. The staff is quite helpful, and the restaurant isn't bad.

It could be a landmark...
La Posada is a luxury hotel. You may have seen it in some moovies. If you can not stay there, just pass from there to have a look !
