I visit this hotel with my mom and daughter. The minute we step out crickets met us at our car. The crickets were everywhere. They actully were in our room as well. We went to the dollar store and bought bug spray to help get rid of them. It did not help. When the manager came in, I spoke to him about the issue. He did not want to do anything but offer us 25% off the next visit which had to be at the same hotel. Other than that it was nothing that he said he could do. I recommend no one stay here with kids because my daugher was scared of the bugs. We did not get much sleep at all for the cricket sounds all during the night.
This hotel had a beautiful pool, but it was full of bugs and not just crickets.
