Cheapest place on beach
When we first pulled up I was a nervous. Next to the place across the street it looked run down and old. My heart fell and I was not happy. But when I went into the room it was better than I was expecting! The room was very colorful and was pretty nice and pretty clean for a little, older motel. Anywhere else you would expect to pay about $60 or so but what you pay for is the access to the beach. Which was VERY close.
Unique Quality: CLOSE to the beach, not even a block away.
nice little pool

Seaside Motel and Condos (What condos?)
Over charged us for a last minute Memorial stay .. who can blame them though. We did however have to fix our own toilet and the blankets smelled like dog ... they allow pets. They don't however allow you to place you shrimp in the ice buckets on the carpet because it might leak and it takes forever to get that shrimp smell out of the room. (So they say on the welcom note in each room)
No Continental Brakfast here.
The staff was VERY friendly.. you could see the beach from your door (if you leaned out and strained your neck to the left )... it has a pool and a washer and dryer on site ... lots of parking. Nothing special. I'd stay there again though if I could get it for CHEAP. It wasn't worth the $108 a night plus tax I paid.
