Value Place Round Rock

THE WORST PLACE TO EVER STAY AT!!!!!!!!

By the first appearance the Value Place at Round Rock, Texas was decent, then with in the first couple of days BED BUGS TOOK OVER....We told the management Wayne Clark to do something about the problem cause we had children staying in the room with us and he said he would get the problem taken care of. A couple of days went by and I caught one of the BED BUGS in our pillows, brought it to Wayne Clark and showed him that it still had blood in it's body from sucking on us and he said that he could move us into another room so he could get the problem taken care of. Which he then took back what he said and then told us that he would give us the remaining money back that we didn't use and that according to Corporate we HAD TO LEAVE. He had no regards to the fact of uprooting an entire family onto the streets with no where to go and the fact that he kept more than half of our $1100. We were then told by an employee currently working there that WE WERE NOT THE FIRST FAMILY TO BE KICKED OUT ONTO THE STREETS AFTER COMPLAINING ABOUT THEM HAVING "BED BUGS!!!!" The Value Place Hotel in Round Rock, Texas managed by Wayne Clark has been the worst stay in a hotel that we have ever had!!!! We had never even seen or known of BED BUGS in our entire life until we stayed there.... The employee who told us that Wayne Clark of Value Place Hotel in Round Rock, Texas KICKS OUT ANYONE WHO COMPLAINS ABOUT BED BUGS SO HE DOESN'T GET A LAWSUIT PUT ON THEM........How fair is that? So our family including our small children were kicked out onto the streets with no where to go and far from home to avoid a lawsuit? Isn't there a way to bring a lawsuit against them for that alone? I urge anyone else who went through this to call a lawyer and get the ball rolling... WE DO NOT RECOMMEND VALUE PLACE HOTEL OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS TO ANY FAMILY..
