The manager gave away the suite we had reserved. All hotels in the area were full, so we had to accept another room at the same rate and my brother ended up sleeping on the floor. The second night he offered to put us in a suite that had been vacated, for 50% more than the rate at which we reserved. This guy is a highwayman. I would not return to Best Western if they paid me.
Unique Quality: Don't count on getting what you reserved.
