Days Inn San Antonio

We just came back from an amazing stay at Days Inn San Antonio TX and loved it. We have stayed in many other San Antonio TX hotels, and this one is by far the best. Front desk was very friendly. The service was good. The room was great, beds comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean... The rooms have great amenities like Micro/Fridges, Coffee makers, Hairdryers, Irons and Boards, and In-Room Safes. Overall a great stay, if we come to San Antonio TX again, we will stay here.

They never changed the linen on the beds. They just made the beds again. No trash bags in trash cans or upon request. The swimming pool was infested with crickets & we had to ask them to please clean the pool so that we may go swimming. They ran out of clean towels ! I made the mistake of leaving my luggage open & a spider crawled in & when I was looking through it , it crawled out. My friend found a bug in her bed when she pulled the covers off to crawl into bed to sleep. We were so disappointed since we were both there with our disabled children. The bagels served for breakfast had mold on them. DO NOT waste your $$$$ at this location !!!!!
If it hadn't been for the fact that we were so tired & having to look for another hotel at a late time ..... we would have checked out. My friend witnessed the owner being mean to her housekeeper (employee). Never will we stay here again !
