Homestead Studio Suites San Antonio - Airport

Our extended nightmare at Homestead Studio Suites - San Antonio/Airport. When we arrived we inspected our room to find out that the bath tub was stained with rings. The two cooking pans that we were supplied by the establishment were filthy. They appeared to have black stuck on food from someone else's meal. They did not supply two sets of utensils, plates, cups, etc. as stated in there company’s agreement. When requesting missing kitchen supplies we were told that what we have in our rooms is what we get. They do not try to accommodate customers. Would not recommend.

I was transfered here for work and had to stay here for a few months while I found and closed on a house. This is the WORST place ever!!!! I have had several conversations with the management and even a Jason Parks from their corparate office and there was NO HELP!! Mold all over the place. Hard to get ANY work done if you need it. The matresses all need replacing and when we asked and finaly got a replacement matress the one they brought us had bugs / mights / or something that would eat our legs up at night so we had to fumagate the bed and room since no one was helping. It takes them MONTHS to do anything and they don' really fix anything. They also have a contract with Boeing to house the Panamainins to work here for 6 months at a time at the airport - very loud group and disrespectful of others as they party all night every night and throw food and such out their door (brings in critters). One passed out with a pot on the stove and almost burned down the place!!! DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!!!
