The morning breakfast buffet is nice but can be very crowded, especially on weekends.
All rooms are 2-bedroom suites with a nice kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher so you can do some of your own cooking, re-heating, etc.
This hotel was created by gutting and retro-fitting the old San Antonio Drug. Co. building. Everything on the exterior was preserved, including the loading dock which is now the entrance. But the whole interior is modern and similar to any other new hotel. One nice feature is the morning breakfast buffet, which has seating with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Riverwalk. The only parking is valet, but you can self-park across the street for less money (they don't tell you that, of course).
