The hotel is clean and comfortable, however there are some things that bring down the attractiveness of the location.
There are no elevators and only a couple of handicapped accessible rooms. Therefore, it is a reality that you will end up on the second floor. The hotel promotes their parking is controlled, however while we were there during Cinco de Mayo, carloads of families were parking in the hotel lot to attend the events held at the El Mercado. This made it impossible to find parking several days on our visit. When the front desk was notified of the situation, they advised that they knew about the problem but would not do anything about the problem even with notices that cars would be towed that did not belong to guests staying at the hotel.
Location and ease of access by car and taxi.
