The old San Antonio National Bank building was designed by a New York architect and completed in 1886, using limestone hewn from local quarries.It has ornate iron-work and moorish arches. It now houses law offices. It is just one block W from Hard Rock Cafe.
If you want to be at the trendiest bar in town, this is the place to be. Because there's a good mix of locals there as well, it's not as uptight as you think it would be. The music is good, the bartenders are professional, and the location can't be beat. If you want something more laid back, head next door or across the street as there are spots all over this rejuvinated area of town. You're probably here to pick up someone so dress appropriately.
This is home of the "Original Mexican Patio Cafe". If you're looking for cheap Mexican food at a decent price (as if that's hard to do in SA-Town), then this is the place. Chicken Flameante Dinner. The chicken is generally roasted to perfection, and it comes with great side dishes
I am not going to describe seaworld as I am sure many people have done so already. If you attend to go to any of the other parks ie seaworld florida or sandiego, buschgardens etc itiswell worth buying a season ticket into seaworld sanantonio as entry into the other parks will be half price. since a season ticket is only 10 bucks more. If you attend to go to seaworld sanantonio more than twice then buy a season ticket for the parking too!!!
season tickets also give money off in all the inside eating places andshops but beware food is very expensive and not very good
An educational center/museum dedicated to enhancing the understanding of the many cultures and history of Texas. Worth a visit if you are interested in local history. Close to Riverwalk.
