Sleep Inn & Suites near Seaworld

Although this is a nice and comfortable Hotel to stay in, I would not stay here ever again! My family and I spent 2 days at this Hotel and everything was correct on the reservation. We checked in on Friday and out on saunday ( as was on the reservation) and a couple of days later I checked my credit card balance online, and they had charged my card again. I called to see what the charge was for and the Manager said I was charged for another night. The transaction was supposed to have gotten credited back to my account, instead what they did was cancel out the 1st transaction from when we paid to check into the Hotel, and ran my card again for $315.18. Long story short we paid a total of $402.24 for this short stay and it should have only cost us $228.12, as was originally charged. Although they credited my card back $105.06, they still overcharged me by $87.06, which was the amount of the extra charge, and I still have not received a credit back from that charge! I don't know if they know how to do math here. They only thing they had to do was just credit me back the $87.06 charge and it would have been good to go, but they made it more complicated and in the end were taking the lost!
