An "Ideal" place
Ideal Beach Resort is a large timeshare facility that you can rent by the half week. We trade in. It is a VRI property with RCI and II affiliations. It is ideally located at the south end of the lake with a beautiful beach and boat area. There are pools, miniature golf, tennis, boat and jetski rentals, launch ramps, boat storage, on-site store, picnic tables and outdoor barbeques, large grass areas for frisbee, a childrens play area, and old and large trees.
We always have a good time here. The condos are well taken care of, the people are friendly and happy to help. There are fireplaces in the units with full kitchens. There is a weekly towel exchange.
It got its start in life as the Sweetwater Resort, through various permutations it is now Ideal, but I still think of it as Sweetwater.
