Logan is a small city in...

Logan is a small city in northeastern Utah. It's about 40 miles south of the Idaho border and about 100 miles west of the Wyoming border. It's population is about 45,000. It's home to Utah State University. The crime rate is very low and it's a very close knit community. It's nestled between the Wellsville mountains, which are the steepest in the US (they're the one's visible in the picture above) and the Wasatch mountains.
There is a wide variety of religions represented in Logan, however the vast majority of the people belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (or Mormon). There is a Latter Day Saint Temple in Logan, which is one of the focal points of the city. The picture to the left is of the Temple on my wedding day.

I had the privilege of living in Logan, Utah for 6 years. I attended college there at Utah State University, was married there, and adopted my child there (and he was born there). It's a beautiful little city and a wonderful place to raise a family. The picture above is of "Old Main," the original building for Utah State University. The "A" on top is lit at night.
