Better than most Super 8's around the country!

Overall this was a very nice Super 8's. The majority of Super 8 hotels I have stayed in in the past are crummy and never have swimming pools! The rooms were nice, clean and typical of generic hotel chains such as Super 8. Because it was over 100 degrees when visiting Moab, the air conditioners were on in nearly every room, I'm sure. The air conditioner worked ok, could have been colder but what do you expect with the temperatures outside as they were?
The lobby area is large and nice. The staff didn't seem over enthused to see you. Never put a smile on their faces and they really need to cheer up.
The Continental Breakfast is a JOKE! All we had was dry bread, dry little donuts, and butter. You get orange juice, apple juice and coffee. That's it. I was sitting there eating my toast thinking "you have got to be kidding me". It was the worst breakfast ever. Why even bother having a continental breakfast? A continental breakfast normally consists of toast, pastries, donuts, yogurt, and some type of fruit whether it be bananas or apples. And everything should be fresh, everything here tasted 3 days old! ICK ICK ICK! Because of this, I would never stay in this hotel again!

Unique Quality: They do have an okay pool outside and hot tub. Nice for cooling off.

Somewhat pricey economy

We needed a place to sleep, and got their last room (so they said) for $80... which was not quite a bargain in my book. Rooms were clean, although you could tell from the bathrooms that it is a refurbished older motel. Clientele tends to be younger (and I presume more likely to nick the towels).

Unique Quality: Their threats to charge for missing items are a little unnerving. Swimming pool... which we didn't use. Donut breakfast, if you feel the need to carbo-load.
