Great location on Main Street

This property is a Marriott Vacation Club resort, meaning that it is a timeshare property. That means in peak times (primarily in ski/Sundance season), the resort is probably all booked up by Marriott Vacation Club members. However, if units are available, and certainly during the off-peak months (such as August and the rest of the summer months), there should be good availability.

I would recommend this place for a summer visit, and for a first-time visit to Park City. Its central location is ideal, and free Park City Transit is available close by. It is good for families as all rooms are one-bedroom/one-bath or two-bedroom/two bath villas, which are very spacious. Our one-bedroom unit was huge for just my Mom and I; we could've brought two other family members and still had plenty of room.

Unique Quality: This venue is ideally located on Main Street, which means easy access to all the great restaurants, shops, etc. along Main Street.

The rooms are suites; my Mom and I secured a room for $150 USD/night, and the first thing we said to each other when we walked in was "We should buy a timeshare here." We had a full-size kitchen stocked with all utensils, etc., , dining area (with dining table and chairs for 6), living room (with window seating in addition to the couch and club chair), big TV with DVD player, fireplace...in the large bedroom was a comfortable king size bed, lounge chair--and get this, a jacuzzi tub big enough for two and a second sink in a separate area between the bed and the full bathroom. AND, the suite had its own washer and dryer in the unit! VERY SPACIOUS!

I assume this place is probably all booked up with rentals or sold out during peak winter months. But for a summer visit, this was the perfect location. No charge for parking, not too crowded, and activities on-site for kids and guest, but also easy access to Main St. and nearby chairlifts for hiking, mountain biking, scenic rides, etc.
