Fantastic Location, Amazing Staff
The Silver King Hotel warmly welcomes you with its amazingly friendly and helpful staff. When in your room, you can curl up in front of a cozy fire after a day of skiing.
Room amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, daily maid service, a washer and dryer, and some units include a private in-room hot tub. Facilities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool, a hot tub and sauna, ski storage, and a heated underground parking garage.
The Hotel lies just one hundred yards from the base of Park City Mountain Resort. So you literally walk out the back door and are at the foot of the slopes, which makes it excellent for when you need a quick rest from being beaten and bruised on the slopes.
The rooms are not luxery as described on the site, however they are cosy for a skiing vacation. I did find that they had a little to be desired in terms of clenliness. This was the only down point - jacuzzi jets had dirt coming out, and the pillow case was not clean one night.
The fire is amazing though and so relaxing.. we could also walk straight out of the back patio door and into the heated pool.
