My wife was diagnosed with cancer the week before we were supposed to stay at the Sleep Inn in Provo. We had to cancel our trip so that she could have emergency surgery. I called both the national "customer relations" department and the local hotel manager to see if they would refund our money. They all tried to pass the buck to someone else and hide behind corporate policy. No one had the compassion to refund our money. We will never stay at any of the hotels in the "Choice Hotel" chain again.

BYU games are great because they are clean and you don't have the annoyance of drinking or cursing fans in the stadium. It's true American sports. If anyone coming out to the games is looking for a place to stay my family has some vacation rentals that are beautiful and would be perfect for large groups coming out for the game.
